Will solar work on a wooded, shaded lot in Woodacre?
Often, yes, if it's designed for it. We model your roof's real sun across the day rather than guessing, and use optimizers or microinverters so shade on one panel doesn't drag down the rest. Where a roof is too shaded, we'll look at a ground-mount in a sunnier spot.
Can you install ground-mount solar on a larger Woodacre parcel?

How does the Prepaid PPA work?
You pay one discounted upfront price, with no monthly solar payments, no escalators, and no buyout, and you own the system after six years. A commercial financing partner captures the tax incentives and passes the savings to you, up to 30%.
Will solar and battery add value to my home?
Owned solar generally adds resale value in California and typically does so without increasing your property tax assessment.
