SolarCraft elected as a North Bay top employer

NOVATO, CA (September 2006)—SolarCraft was selected as one of the 24 Best Places to Work in the North Bay by North Bay Business Journal.
Employee feedback pointed to a general atmosphere of understanding, open communication and willingness to assume and share responsibilities. Employees like the fast pace and challenging nature of the business, and the fact that their jobs are vital to improving the environment. "Our product is easy to take pride in because we are helping the environment and saving people money," one worker said.
Owners Bill Stewart and Dennis Nuttman have grown the company without losing sight of individual team members' needs. An employee says "This is a company and an industry to take pride in."
Companies were analyzed based on several criteria, including the employer questionnaire and the survey ratings by the employees.
